Return Policy – Ramenwasser Depot

At Ramenwasser Depot, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may make use of our return policy as described below. This policy is drafted in accordance with Belgian and European consumer protection legislation.


1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you physically receive your order.

Within this period, you may return your purchase without stating any reason.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Please contact us via retour@ramenwasserdepot.be with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return

You will receive a confirmation and instructions for returning the goods.

The products must be returned within 14 days after your notification.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, returned products must:

  • be unused,
  • be undamaged,
  • be in their original condition and packaging (as far as reasonably possible),
  • be complete (including accessories, manuals and parts).

Products that are returned damaged, used or incomplete may be subject to a reduction in value. This reduction will be deducted from the refund amount.


3. Products Excluded from Returns

In accordance with the law, certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken (e.g. cleaning cloths, certain cleaning pads, products, etc.).
Products made to measure or according to the customer’s specific requirements.
Consumable products (such as cleaning agents) whose packaging has been opened or broken.
Products that clearly show signs of use.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If the return is due to an error by Ramenwasser Depot (e.g. incorrect delivery), we will fully cover the return shipping costs.


5. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned products:

you will receive a refund within 14 days,
via the same payment method used for the original purchase,
reduced by any applicable depreciation as mentioned in Article 2.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.


6. Exchanges

Would you like to exchange a product?

Please first send an email to info@ramenwasserdepot.be with your request. We will work with you to find the fastest and most convenient solution.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

Did you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • an incorrect item,
  • or is something missing from your delivery?

Please report this within 48 hours of receipt via retour@ramenwasserdepot.be, including:

  • clear photos of the issue,
  • your order number,
  • a description of the damage or error.

We will then provide an appropriate solution: replacement, completion or refund.
